Aesthetic Places in Melbourne

First of all, I don’t really understand what aesthetic means. Brb checking it on Google.

So I was right to use asthetic in the title. Based on the internet aesthetic is

beauty or art: a particular theory or conception of beauty or art: a particular taste for or approach to what is pleasing to the senses and especially sight.

These places I’m about to tell you have the beauty of art that will make your eyes satisfied when looking at it. Without further ado…

1.        Keke & Kaka

For you who adore cats and cute things, this place is a must go! I know the name sounds weird. I don’t even know what that means. Probably comes from japanese words because it’s a japanese stationery shop. I so love it! Located in 317 High St, Northcote VIC 3070, it has heaps of cute stationery. If you like journaling, collecting cute toys or something like that, you’ll probably want to buy everything. I wanted to grab one of the tote bags with cat picture on it but it was quite pricey (about $40), so I bought some small stationery instead. (Not) surprisingly, all the things there are made in Japan.

Totoro lovers must love this!

2.        TC Thrift

I love OP Shop. Australia has a lot of thrifting shops that are perfect for people who want to dress up well with minimum budget. However, not every shop has good collections. But this one does! Still in Northcote close to Keke & Kaka, it has very affordable prices. I think some of the stuff are cheaper than the other op shops I’ve ever been.

3.        The Book Grocer

This is the best book store I’ve ever been so far in Melbourne! My mouth was wide open when I was there! Why? Because it has the best price for every book! I’m not sure they’re new books or secondhand. But looking at the physical condition, they must be new. The collections quite vary. Oh, how I want to go there again!
